I therefore make my appointment for a week later to have work done. I drop my car off night before but then get a call next day saying tires are not in and will take 2 days to get in. I will then need to bring my car back next week again to have the tires placed. I only bring this up to try help improve your service and maybe help communication between parts department and service department. Thanks."

February 16, 2017 | Walt Y. - "This was the first time I have been to Audi Lehi and I was impressed with every part of my experience: the first phone call to schedule service, the e-mail confirmation system, arrival and processing at the shop, the use of the loaner car, the loaner car itself, and the service of the technicians and customer service advisors from start to finish. And I say that even though we had to delay a few days (over a weekend) while waiting for a needed part to arrive, and it caused me some personal grief with the delay. I recognize that those kinds of delays happen in the real world, through no fault of the technicians or advisors, but all parties did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop regarding the status of the repairs, including the delays. They also stayed late to finish the work so I could get my car and go home (4 hours away) without another night's delay. I am a businessman and I recognize and appreciate good customer service. I was very pleased with all aspects of my experience with Audi Lehi and will very likely work my schedule to try and have all service done there in the future, even though I live in Southern Utah. I ended up having to keep the loaner car over night. It surprises me that parts like that wouldn't be in stock."
